During the active growing season, most lawns should be mowed every 7 to 10 days to maintain optimal height and promote dense, healthy turf. Routine lawn mowing helps minimize weed growth, encourage strong root development, and improve overall lawn performance. Mowing frequency may vary depending on grass type, rainfall, temperature, and current turf conditions, making a consistent lawn maintenance schedule essential for long-term lawn health.

For properties that require less frequent service, a bi-weekly mowing rate (every 10–14 days) is available upon request.

We generally only accept recurring yards, but will occasionally have an opening for a mowing cleanup. Reach out to check our availability!

The weather can make it tough to guarantee the same day 100% of the time. We'll give you a "target day" based on your routed area and will arrive within a 1-2 day weather buffer.

Since you’ll have a general idea of when to expect us, please make sure loose objects are picked up in the yard in proximity to your mow day to help everyone stay safe.

Our goal is to keep your yard looking great! If it appears short and manicured that means we're maintaining consistency as planned. We will be mowing March-October and we do not accept multiple cancellations.

For locked gates: We must have access to a gate key so we can access the yard without scheduling conflicts. If you need to leave a hide-a-key for us, please text us at 479-308-8450 to coordinate a placement.

Above all- please remove pet waste from the yard. Items on the grass should be moved, including trash, toys, furniture, power tools, etc. We're not responsible for damage to any items left on the turf.

If you have a garden hose or other moveable objects laying in a patch of grass that needs trimming, please have them picked up and out of the way if you wish to receive trimming in that area.

We only mulch clippings, and it is great for the health of your grass as it distributes nutrients to the roots.
