Mowing FAQs:

  • The fastest way to receive a response is sending a detailed text message with your name, e-mail, and address to 479-308-8450. You should receive a response within 24 hours!

  • Your standard mowing estimate includes mowing the main turf areas, trimming, sidewalk edging, and blowing grass clippings from hard surfaces.

  • We use a convenient credit card on file system and will e-mail you the secure payment portal. It’s quick and easy to set up, and you don’t have to worry about any manual payments after the first visit.

  • We are based in Fayetteville, AR.

  • We generally only accept recurring yards, but will occasionally have an opening for a mowing cleanup. Reach out to check our availability!

  • The weather can make it tough to guarantee the same day 100% of the time. We'll give you a "target day" based on your routed area and will arrive within a 1-2 day weather buffer.

    Since you’ll have a general idea of when to expect us, please make sure loose objects are picked up in the yard in proximity to your mow day to help everyone stay safe.

    Don’t hesitate to reach out anytime you have questions about your target day.

  • Our goal is to keep your yard looking great! If it appears short and manicured that means we're maintaining consistency as planned. We will be mowing March-October and we do not accept multiple cancellations.

  • For locked gates: We must have access to a gate key so we can access the yard without scheduling conflicts. If you need to leave a hide-a-key for us, please text us at 479-308-8450 to coordinate a placement.

  • Above all- please remove pet waste from the yard. Items on the grass should be moved, including trash, toys, furniture, power tools, etc. We're not responsible for damage to any items left on the turf.

    If you have a garden hose or other moveable objects laying in a patch of grass that needs trimming, please have them picked up and out of the way if you wish to receive trimming in that area.

  • We only mulch clippings, and it is great for the health of your grass as it distributes nutrients to the roots.
